1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and CraftlyCode ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Cricket Live Android application (package: co.craftlycode.cricket.live).
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Cricket Live, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the application.
2. Licence to Use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, CraftlyCode grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited licence to download, install, and use one copy of the Cricket Live application on an Android device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial informational and entertainment purposes.
All intellectual property rights in the application design, source code, visual interface, and software architecture remain the exclusive property of CraftlyCode and its licensors.
3. Restrictions on Use
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Decompiling, reverse engineering, disassembling, or attempting to derive the source code of the application.
- Using automated scrapers, bots, crawlers, or extraction tools to harvest match data, commentary, or scorecards.
- Modifying, adapting, translating, creating derivative works, or redistributing the application or any part thereof.
- Circumventing, disabling, or tampering with any security-related features, ad units, or technical controls of the app.
- Using the app for any unlawful purpose, in violation of local, national, or international regulations.
4. Content & Accuracy
Cricket Live provides live scores, match centre information, ball-by-ball commentary, squads, and scorecards. This content is compiled from third-party data providers and feeds for general informational purposes only.
- Data Delays & Inaccuracies: Live feeds may experience network latency, transmission delays, formatting discrepancies, or technical omissions.
- Sample / Demo Match Data: When live data feeds are unavailable, disconnected, or during system testing, the app may display simulated or sample match information.
- Strict Prohibition on Betting: Under no circumstances should information displayed in the app be relied upon for sports betting, gambling, fantasy wagers, or financial decisions. CraftlyCode accepts no responsibility for any losses incurred through betting or speculative activities.
5. No Affiliation & Trademarks
Cricket Live is an independent creation by CraftlyCode. We are not officially affiliated with, associated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or in any way connected with:
- The International Cricket Council (ICC);
- The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI);
- The Indian Premier League (IPL) or any franchise teams;
- Any national or international cricket governing boards, leagues, or sports bodies.
All trademarks, team names, tournament titles, logos, and player names belong to their respective copyright and trademark holders. Their mention within the app is strictly for nominative identification and descriptive reference under fair use principles. The application does not use official proprietary team logos.
6. Advertising & Third Parties
Cricket Live is supported by third-party advertising provided through the Google AdMob platform.
Advertisements displayed within the application are delivered and controlled by third-party ad networks. CraftlyCode does not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any third-party products, services, claims, or websites advertised. Any interactions or transactions between you and external advertisers are conducted entirely at your own discretion and risk.
7. Free Service, No Accounts & No Payments
Cricket Live is completely free to download and use:
- There are no user accounts, logins, or passwords to manage.
- There are no in-app purchases, digital subscriptions, or payment gateways.
- CraftlyCode will never ask for your credit card details, banking credentials, or payment information.
8. Availability & Modifications
We strive to provide uninterrupted service, but we do not guarantee that the application will always be available, bug-free, or without downtime. CraftlyCode reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any feature, data feed, or the entire application at any time without prior notice or liability.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE CRICKET LIVE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, CRAFTLYCODE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, TIMELINESS, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE FUNCTIONS CONTAINED IN THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR VIRUS-FREE.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CRAFTLYCODE, ITS DEVELOPERS, AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA LOSS, DEVICE DAMAGE, OR BETTING/FINANCIAL LOSSES) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
11. Termination
These Terms remain effective until terminated. You may terminate this agreement at any time simply by uninstalling the application and removing all copies from your device. CraftlyCode may terminate or restrict your access to the application at any time without notice if you breach these Terms.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or related to Cricket Live shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
You agree that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the application shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India, and you submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms at any time. When revisions are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the application following the posting of revised Terms signifies your acceptance of the changes.
